Rare French Early 19th c. Napoleonic Medal Cabinet on four giltbronze pawfeet, a hinged door to the top and front opening to reveal four drawers containing 184 very fine bronzed plaster medals depicting historical stages and events of the reign of Napoleon I. Each medal is numbered and described in the original small booklet with the titel "COLLECTION DE MEDAILLES/ DES CAMPAGNES/ ET DU REGNE DE L’EMPEREUR NAPOLEON..." The book is dated 1828, Paris, after manuscripts of M. Denon.
